Southbourne is an eastern suburb of Bournemouth. My house is 10 Minutes drive to Bournemouth Hospital so ideal for Placement student or hospital worker. (Last year I had a student nurse here for 9 months) Also not far from JP Morgan.

The room in an upstairs flat has a SINGLE bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, coffee table, and chair. Unlimited internet access and small TV with freeview and DVD player. All bills included. Privacy Lock on door. (A desk can be provided if required)

It's a home consisting of two flats which have been converted into one house. You have your own entrance as well as use of the large second kitchen and bathroom, both shared only with one other friendly 33 year old male lodger in the upstairs flat, who works from 7am to 2pm.

The large kitchen-diner is fully equipped with all pots, pans, cutlery and electrical goods. All basics provided (washing powder, washing up liquid, etc!)

However no lounge and no room for any large items of your own furniture. No pets, no children, no DSS and no smokers.

Parking is available on quiet residential road. On the main Yellow bus route 1B into Bournemouth or Christchurch. The bus takes 25 mins to Bournemouth and 10 to Christchurch.

Southbourne High Street is 5 mins walk up the hill where many more buses can be found. (Also U3 university bus)

Pokesdown Mainline Train Station is about 15 mins walk.

Garden available for hanging out washing or bicycle storage .
