Beautiful, sunny, modern new build flat, a couple of minutes from the beach and on a main bus route to Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.
2 bed flat with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. All bills, youview tv and wifi included in the rent. Plenty of free parking on the road.
I'm a very neat and tidy female professional working at J. P. Morgan, looking to share with someone who will respect the flat and their room. I'm house proud and keep the place clean and tidy so this is important in a flat mate. No pets unfortunately (cream carpets!) and no DSS.
I'm looking for a short term let, from a week or two to around 2 months max - as I'm planning to move out at this time.
