Shared bathroom kitchen and large lounge, with courtyard garden. Parking in street outside, all bills included. Only 2 mins walk from small supermarket, local pub with good food and 5 mins to town centre. I work full time and when weather gets better I'm out and about as much as possible. I only ask for someone friendly, clean and tidy and considerate to the lady in the flat below. Short stay or longer considered.
