Two large double rooms are available to rent through the winter months in our friendly, family home in the centre of Swanage. Shops, restaurants and the sea are all within 300 metres from the house, making it a short and very convenient walk into town. Each room is fully furnished, with access to a shower room as well as an extra toilet. The house is very spacious with a lovely big kitchen. I would prefer a professional person, and couples will be considered. I would prefer a DBS-cleared tenant. I can also provide meals at extra cost if required.
