We have been taking students and lodgers for over 20 years. We are a family with some empty bedrooms which we let out simple as that. We provide meals which are included in the price as well as wifi and no other bills. We have a lovely dog who is friendly. We do not have any en suite bathrooms, but we do have a separate toilet and bathroom upstairs and a large bathroom downstairs. That is it if you are interested get in touch and we will take it from there.
