Hi,

My partner and I have a furnished double room to offer, inlcuding a tv, dvd player and freeview box. We are a friendly couple and are looking to rent to someone who will respect us but also join in with us sometimes e. g when watching films. The rent would include use of the washing machine, garden and use of all the rooms in the house -apart from our room of course - and we dont mind friends or family visting/staying over.
