We are looking for a new lodger as our current one is moving on after 2 years, having finished Uni. We are a friendly family with pets and need someone fairly quiet, tidy and willing to clear up after themselves. But also likes to share some social time too. The room is clean and fully furnished and will be newly decorated. Rent includes all utility bills and WiFi. We are in Upton, Poole with train and bus links a few minutes walk. Have had three lodgers now, ideally suited to student, trainee who is willing to live in a family home with mutual privacy and respect for all. We look forward to meeting you! Available from July but flexible. £350 deposit required and full rental only, no part weeks/months.
