My name is Chaz and I have a room to let in my house from the 1st of August onwards..
The house is clean, quiet and tidy (Well, mostly tidy. For a guy, you know!! It is clean, though!). It's within cycling distance of Moors Valley Country Park, and other lovely places to walk or ride.
All bills included in the rent. Not food, though. That's all you!!
Broadband in the whole house (wi-fi) and SKY TV in your room.
I have got a cat, (Gloria) but she is very friendly and totally unobtrusive, but if you're not a cat person, then it's as well you know, I guess...
No age restriction, no restrictions at all, really. Just a nice person to share most of my home with!!
