Single room to rent in cottage-style property

The house is a two-bed, cottage-style property and is set in a lovely quiet area surrounded by lots of trees and backs onto a copse. Bournemouth is only 15 minutes away and the New Forest National Park and Dorset coast are nearby. The single room for rent has a built in wardrobe and three wicker storage/drawer units. There is wireless broadband which would be included in the rent and a garage for storage and driveway for parking on. I have three medium-sized dogs who are very friendly but I would obviously want someone who was going to be responsible and not leave doors or gates open. I would expect a lodger to be respectful of my property and maintain a general level of tidiness and do their own washing-up etc.
