i have a single (fits a double bed)or a large double room available in my home
there are already two of us living here, me (29) and anna (24)

it is a houseshare so storage of items around the home is accepted and we are very sociable so do never expect you to be hidden in your room!
have a large driveway so off road parking for housemates and visitors
there is unlimited wireless broadband and virgin tv (landline is not available)
we have a washing machine and a dryer
have an outhouse for storage of excess things
all bills are included with rent, this also includes things like loo rolls and cleaning products so all you need is your food!
i do clean the house but do expect washing up to be done between us
we have cats so ask for no cats or dogs (other pets will be considered)
