The garden is a shared space but great for bbq with friends and family.
Bikes are stored outside in a set area with covers to protect against the elements.
There is also a small store room within the flat for a few of your items if required.
The flat is eight minutes walk from the beach and Westbourne centre.
Street parking is available on a very safe street.

I love life, exercise often and have fun spending time with friends, often go out at nights and away at weekends. I am a non smoker, 40 years old and own my own business.
I am looking to share with men or woman professionals aged 24 to 45 (Ideally non smoking and healthy living).

I require a refundable deposit of £300 and rental of £500 per month.
