This flat is in a fantastic location, less than ten minutes walk from the beach and approximately twelve minutes walk from Westbourne, with its appealing range of shops, bars and restaurants. The number 24 bus into Bournemouth Town Centre stops at the end of the road. Westbourne is also served by excellent bus services, including the M1 and M2.

I have a large lounge area that you would be welcome to use for meals or to join me occasionally to watch TV or a film. You would also be welcome to use it when I am out.

Monthly rent is £480 inclusive of all bills. £200 is also payable as a security deposit at the start of the tenancy. There are no other fees to pay, although reference checks will be carried out.
