Double Room To Rent In Central Westbourne

Looking for someone to rent the second double bedroom :))

I rent this place off the company I work for. The flat is the top floor of The Pantechnicon right in the centre of Westbourne.

Huge open plan kitchen living room with football table, bathroom and separate shower room (neither en suite, use of both), 2 double bedrooms. Juliette balconies either end of the flat. Building has a lift to the top floor. Flat is currently being repainted.

Preferably looking for a professional guy to live with as I think it keeps the balance, but wont ignore anyone looking. No students or couples sorry.

ABSOLUTELY MUST... be super clean!

I work in Westbourne Mon-Fri 9-5 for a design company. Sometimes out on weekends or have people round for a chilled one, pre drinks is normal but not the type to have 4am raves so wont be keeping you awake!! You need to be the same, I like to sleep!! :)

Rent is 450 p/m paid 1st of every month, NO water or sewage to pay, council tax is approx 90 each p/m, electric and gas varies, BT TV/phone/Broadband is about 18 p/m each, TV license to pay.

No official parking space available. There is unrestricted parking a couple of roads back and visitor parking on weekends.

Can be furnished/unfurnished
