Room for rent in friendly house

I have found a 5 double bed-roomed house in Westbourne, 2 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk along the sea front to town.

The rent works out about £400 per month without bills, but they would be split between 5 people. There is off road parking and a garden and the house is furnished in every room. The house is on 3 floors and the top floor has its own large ensuite and an extra room for a study/storage/snug, with sea views!! (We would have to negotiate the price for the this floor to make it fair between everyone).

A deposit needs to be put down to secure it and then we can move in from 4 weeks of that date (as the current tenets need notice).

So far I have been in touch with 3 other friendly girls online and we are aged between 23-25 years. We are looking for a sociable house share who are interested in doing things together but who also like their own space.
