Beautiful room in big happy house 5min from Beach

Hi,

We have one room left in our gorgeous house in Alum Chine, Westbourne. It is a really lovely area and only 5 min walk to the beach :)

The house is big Victorian style property with loads of light and high ceilings. It has two bathrooms and one shower room. It has four toilets, a beautiful garden and big kitchen/ living room.

We have an en-suite large room on upper level of the house. it has it's own bath and a sea view!

We are all due to move in on 25th of August and need another to join. We are three girls 23 - 26 - professionals - Events, NHS and a teacher and one lovely guy who is working in finance. We all met on Spare room.

Looking for a social and considerate house mate that wants to live in a friendly household, hoping to have meals together and do stuff as a group when we have time. Also have busy working lives so someone who appreciates need for space and privacy at times - contact me on phone number or message if interested. We hope to sort this out by the end of week :)

Ref required for agent (£95 fee) and deposit 400 then it is rent on moving date. 12 month tenancy.
