Amazing large double bedroom with en suite is available to rent from 1st May, in a great flat! Rent is £450 a month, plus bills on top (normally £80-100/month) including all the usual: council tax, broadband wifi, gas etc.

The room is in a two bed, first floor flat – less than 10 minutes walk from Westbourne, a 10 minute drive to Bournemouth, and it takes around 15 minutes to walk to the beach. The building is a mix of professionals and families.

The room is part furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe with shelves and plenty of hanging space. The ensuite has a large shower, sink and loo.

There is a spacious lounge with a small balcony, with space to store a bike. The kitchen has a big fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine etc. Again, the usual! There is an allocated parking space at the front of the building, but this is currently used by me - but sharing the space could be discussed.
