In a newly refurbished house I have a 2nd floor large, bright and quiet double room with plenty of storage space, a double wardrobe tv with Sky+HD and Sky Extra Entertainment with film and sports packages, so you can record and pause live tv while watching other channels. There is also Sky's Unlimited WIFI Broadband with Sky unlimited download package and speed and free calls to local and long distance UK land line calls up to 50 minutes in length. Sky tv and WIFI and council tax.

The house has two bath/shower rooms, a fully newly fitted galley kitchen, with eye-level electric oven, micro wave, gas hob, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast room and small pretty patio garden with shrubs.

Please note: rent for a couple or double occupancy would be another £50 pcm to cover the rest of the inclusive bills.
