1 Double en suite room available to rent. Breakfast can also be arranged and paid for on a bed and breakfast basis at an extra £5 per night, but no cooking facilities . Ideal for a professional/ locum working in the area on a temporary/ long term / Monday to Friday morning/ weekly basis who wants a clean modern en suite room with smart tv and wi fi included.2 chest of drawers and hanging space. Use of sheltered garden area permitted.
Close to a supermarket and takeaways.
Close to a launderette alternatively arrangements can be made for a washing and ironing service to be made available.
Family also live in the house - (2 adults) which is used as a small 3 room bed and breakfast which we have jokingly called Barnes's Rest.
Use of garden allowed. Parking is on road/ side road - no permits in the area. 10 -15 minute walk into the town. Room (ONLY) is £35 per night if booked long term in low season from 30th January onwards.
Alternatively if you want self catering facilities I have a caravan at Pebble Bank Caravan Park which can sleep more people - non smokers only, available from Easter 2020 onwards NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO COVI D 19 OUTBREAK RESTRICTIONS or a shared house from mid January 2020 (CLOSED AT PRESENT )Feel free to contact me for more details.
