Bay window large bedroom

We share a large lounge with TV/WiFi, breakfast room to eat in/larder and sofa , bathroom ,kitchen, extra loo, garden. lots of space in easy going, relaxed, quiet house. We love our own space plus a cuppa and chat! I am a veggie but meat eaters welcome!
It's a lovely house and has plenty of space to bring friends too and relax in. All pretty relaxed and quiet and all female lodging Thus no loo seats left up! .
Good location for buses and town plus food shops/post office/take aways/charity shops along the street. Close to walk to beach too.
The bay window bedroom has painted floorboards and is light and spacious. The room is furnished with single bed, white wardrobe, white chest of draws, bookcase and chair, complete with own sink. Please ring or text as my preference due to me being at work a lot and I will arrange viewing anytime and I will always reply. I clean all communal areas Or I pay a cleaner. So that means that everyone just cleans up after theirselves in the kitchen/ bathroom. We are Close to town and easy walk to the beach. Look forward to meeting you.
Just to add that the room advertised is available from 7/11/2017 but if you need a room quicker than that day and like the look of the house From the advert ,then please come to have a viewing and if you are keen on the house after looking and would like to move in then if you wanted I have a spare room to use to fill in until the new room is available.
