The garden's great for the odd barbecue gathering when the weathers nice.

The building is an old style, character, quality built place, with very thick solid walls and is very secure in a particularly safe area.

It is fully furnished to a high standard.

Recently refurbished and modernised inside, with new carpets and fresh paint, everything works well and runs as it should.

There is a spacious fridge/ freezer that has a filtered water and ice-dispensing machine fitted to it which is an advantage. There is a SMEG dishwasher as well as a washing machine and separate dryer.
