Offered short-term rent at the moment as I will be moving in the near future as my house is sold stc, but if anyone should like the room meanwhile but wants more long-term rent they are welcome to move with me as I will be renting in the Ferndown/Wimborne area and will still need a housemate.

The room is pleasantly furnished and available in friendly family home close to Industrial Estates and Ferndown town centre and Sports Centre.

The house is a very clean, modern and spacious 4 bedroomed bungalow offering the opportunity for above average accommodation. There is a lovely garden with summerhouse, decking and patio areas. One friendly labrador dog so applicant will need to be pet friendly.

The room is spacious, pleasant and comfortable with plenty of storage and has a television with freeview box and dvd player, and is fully heated. Sole use of 2nd toilet/shower room.

The kitchen is large and roomy, with all mod-cons, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Applicant would have own fridge and space in fridgefreezer, and use of own cupboards for food. Broadband and freeview also included. Would suit professional person. References preferred. No Night workers.
