Fab room in a quaint calm house to let for a lovely lady : ) A girly large double room available with tv/dvd, comfy, cute and clean, use of whole house and gardens, make yourself right at home, im happy for the company. unique place with no neighbours! Sharing with just myself. bathroom with shower over a roll top bath, sitting room with wood burner, kitchen, washing machine , wifi, big old private gardens overlooking meadows yet amazingly only 2 min stroll to town center with all amenities.. shops, cinema, pubs, bars, library, eateries, etc, off road parking and plenty room for bikes,, bus stop to Poole, Bournemouth etc only 10 second walk away. very secure property. No bills, When not at work I'm a beekeeper with an apiary at the end of the meadow, plenty of honey available for sweetening tea, toast and cooking, and when not there usually flopped out on the sofa taking it easy! 2 dogs staying at the moment but leaving in couple days. Maybe a small house-trained pet possible. Please must be employed full-time Thanks girls
