The house comes fully furnished and equipped (Dishwasher/washing machine, dryer etc). Separate bathroom. Shared lounge/diner and kitchen equipped with utensils and white goods.
The house has a south facing garden that overlooks the River Stour, which is only 25 yards away. The house is 5 min walk to the bus stop and supermarket/shops.
Rent is £600 per month inclusive of all bills including high speed broadband.
