If you are looking for accommodation within a fifteen minute drive to Wareham / Dorchester/ Weymouth area and within easy access of all three by road or rail (plus direct train line routes to Poole/Bournemouth / London etc) then this may be the place for you. Set in the Dorset village of Wool in a lovely quiet new build 5/10 minute walk to station / village shops / takeaways & 3 local Pubs; so, quiet but with great access to amenities. Also very close to the lovely Jurassic Coastline (Lulworth) & Wareham forest and Swanage & Corfe.

I live alone (though have guests staying on occasions &/or I stay away myself some nights). I can offer a furnished double room plus the benefit of your own bathroom (as I have an en suite), plus access to kitchen/living area. Also there is a secure garden & garage should you want to store a bike etc.

I am a busy professional working in education in Southampton most of the working week with some odd days working from home. Flexible / short term basis. I would welcome a working professional, who is obviously clean / tidy (!) & is considerate/respectful of living in another person's home. I would prefer a lodger who has more of a 'quiet' lifestyle & is happy to keep themselves to themselves - (I am sociable honest! - just need my own time & space for work etc). I would be happy to chat / meet with anyone interested but would prefer to take time to find the right person so that we can make sure we are both comfortable with the arrangements. Please note that if the arrangement works for both then I would be willing to consider longer than 3 months. I am a friendly / approachable person & welcome any queries.
