Employed applicants preferred please. would prefer Mon-Fri workers or shift workers who return home at weekends/2 days each week, although other terms may be considered. I'm not looking for a permanent housemate 7 days a week.
I have 2 friendly dogs at the moment, so housemate needs to be good with dogs. Live in landlord has been double vaccinated & does twice weekly lateral flow testing.
One months rent payable in advance plus a £400 deposit.
