Hi, I have double room to rent in the centre of Lockerbie. My current lodger is moving .The house consists of 4 bedrooms, sitting room, dining/sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, a good sized garden with large patio area. The dining/sitting room, kitchen and bathroom are shared ,but I am currently getting a shower room fitted downstairs, so the bathroom will mostly be for the use of the lodger. There is plenty of parking spaces in the street. The house is within a few minutes walk away from all amenities including the railway station and a large super market. I have enjoyed the company of my current lodger he has fitted in well and I am hoping to for an easy going person to take he's place.
