Double Room £320 pcm month all bills include

Hi my name is Ian, age 38, I have a room available to let in the whitecrook area of Clydebank.

The room is available from 12th Sept 2018, Non Smokers only please.

Whitecrook is about a 15 minute walk away from Clydebank College and Clydebank Centre where all the main shops are like asda, aldi, lidl, pure gym etc. It is also about a 20 minute train journey away to Glasgow City centre from either Yoker, Clydebank or Drumry train Station which are all near by, and also a bus stop about 5 mins walk from the flat.

I also drive so can help u with travel occasionally if need be.

A bit of info that I must clarify about the rent payments. £320 is for the first calendar month plus £50 deposit. The deposit will of course be refunded at end of tenancy provided all is good and well, or unless you do not stay for the minimum of a month, therefore the rent will be refunded pro rata less the £50 deposit.

The cost of £320 per calendar month plus the one off deposit of £50 to be paid up front on the first day of your tenancy, this being once you turn up to take up the room. Part payment when you arrive and the remainder later in the week will not be acceptable.

Rent does include all bills such as Electricity, use of all toilet facilities, use of all kitchen facilities, Broadband (which you are also able to use) and will not be asked for any more money at all unless you voluntarily offer for any extras u may wish to use that may use extra energy. I will clear a space in the fridge for you to keep your food items in, also you can feel free to use the freezer compartment within the fridge, also I will clear 2 cupboard spaces for you to keep kitchen and food things in of your own. These shall be pointed out to you at a viewing you may have and also once you move in. You can also feel free to use my pots, pans cutlery etc. You can just feel as at home as you wish.

It would be appreciated though if you could replace the occasional perishable item you use now and then, such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and anything else like that.

Cleaning and tidying, I am a reasonably clean and tidy person but sometimes because i work so much it not that easy to keep on top of it, so im looking for someone not too fussy. I do most of my cleaning and tidying at weeeknds and just clean as i go. As long as you leave an area just as you find it ill be more than happy with that.

Your room will consist of a double bed, which will be ready made when you move in. In the drawers of the bed there will also be additional bedding for you to feel free to change as u wish. There is an hd ready tv in your room with build in dvd player. There is not a socket to connect to a tv aeriel, however you are welcome to watch the tv in the living room whenever I am not at home. Plus I do have broadband which you are free to use. There is also a bedside table and lamp, small cabinet with drawers and a small table.

References preferred but not essential, though priority will go to someone who has them.
