Double room available in well presented flat

I currently have a room available in a modern flat, situated within a quiet area with free private parking also available.

The room comes fully furnished (or not, if you'd prefer your own furniture) with a double bed with bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe, which has plenty of storage space.

I have an en suite in my room, so the main bathroom would be all yours.

The flat has a large, fully equipped kitchen with all the usual stuff you'd expect (cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc).

The living room comprises two 3 seater leather couches, coffee table, 42" TV and PS3.

I'm looking for a flatmate of around the same age, ideally someone I could become friends with. You dont need to be a clean freak but tidiness is important.

I'm asking £450 pcm, which includes all bills except gas & elec, which will be split 50/50.
