Room in Central Aberystwyth

Convenient location (near Tesco) for all the town shops, beaches. Rent includes use of available facilities – kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier, outside garden. Rent also includes all electricity, gas (the house is central heated), water and council tax bills. There’s parking available in the street outside and we have broadband. We also have a cat.

Room includes bed, with desk, shelves and wardrobe.

Available to either professional person or responsible student.
