I have a large modern house located in Carmarthen town with two double bedrooms available to let. They are fully furnished including a bed, wardrobe, desk and Leather office chair chairs.

The house itself is a detached property with large rear garden (including large lawn and a patio area) and off street parking. It is a modern house and is a 10 minute walk away from central Carmarthen and Trinity College.

The house has shared bathroom and kitchen The house has full double glazing, central heating, wireless internet access, all the usual kitchen appliances and a washing machine.
