Large utility room, good for keeping a bike etc.

Present tenant is freindly, easy going and, due to working long and irregular hours, is often out in the evenings as well as during the day etc.

Potential tenant must be clean and tidy in all shared areas of the house and be willing to do their fair share of the weekly house work.... about an hour a week.
