Friendly neighbourhood with alternative lifestyle in a an easy-going sociable eco area.
Heating is wood and solar hot water, house is old and a bit rough in places, large living room with wood fire for social events. Plenty of land if wanted for growing food, keeping farm animals or sitting.
The landlady (me) lives next door in the adjoining flat. The main kitchen is shared but there's a cooker and sink in the house which is shared with another tenant who is a chef and out all day.
