The house has been renovated to a high standard and has many characterful features including a large stone inglenook in the lounge, a wood-fired Rayburn in the kitchen inglenook and slate floors. The setting is very beautiful in a quiet valley with no near neighbours. The property’s land is a haven for wildlife and is in part a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) with habitat including wild flower meadows, woodland, ponds, a river and a stream.

The room is a large double which will have sole use of a bathroom across the landing (not used by the owner). Shared facilities include large farmhouse kitchen / diner with separate larder, lounge, conservatory and utility room (with washing machine and tumble drier).

Storage, garaging and grazing for horses also possible by arrangement.

I have a dog and a cat so a love of animals is essential, as is own transport given the rural location. This is a non-smoking property.

The nearest town is Lampeter (15-20 mins) with a good range of shops and the university. Llandeilo and Llandovery are roughly 30 mins, as is the coast at Aberaeron. The larger towns of Carmarthen and Aberystwyth can both be reached in under an hour.
