If you are used to living in your own flat/ house or have your own home away from the county, this would be ideal for you as you would have independence without having the extra bills etc.

The garden and your rooms get plenty of sunshine and great uninterrupted views.

The house is spread over 3 floors with the top 2 floors being occupied by the owner who has a separate bathroom and living area on that floor.
The living room on the middle floor can be shared by arrangement, please enquire upon contacting me. There is one small rescue dog living in the main part of the house.
A cleaner will be made avaiable most weeks to hoover and wash floors and bathroom at no additional charge, times for cleaning can be agreed with the landlord.
I would consider a reduction to £500pcm for those who wish for week day only accommodation.
