All usual amenities are available plus dishwasher and tumble drier. Wireless broadband included in rent. Full use of kitchen with all utensils etc. Towels and bedding included.
Access to M4 is 10 minutes by car with easy access to town centre and beaches by car or by bus. Although I am a smoker the bungalow is airy and well ventilated and I am very respectful of non smokers. The house is always clean and tidy but a house is to be lived in! I am an easy going person who gets on well with people.
