Room in 4 bed house (smallholding)

A double room available on 4-bed smallholding. Two bathrooms, farmhouse kitchen, wood floors, tongue and groove ceilings, lovely views. Easy access (by car) to Pencader, Carmarthen, Llandysul, Llanybydder, Newcastle Emlyn and Lampeter. Shared kitchen and living areas. Great walks from property through a bluebell wood and down to the Teifi.

The facilities includes wifi, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Off street parking. We clean the entire house once a week, so as far as cleaning is concerned we would just ask that you tidy up after you and occasionally empty the dishwasher (unless you love to clean, of course :-).

Sharing with owners and 2 cats.
We're friendly and the house is tidy and comfortable. We're used to renting and like meeting new people.

The room is at a keen price and in return we would ask that you feed the cats when we're away.
