Furnished Double Room in Shared House in Tenby

We are 2 sociable young male and female friends living in a lovely house on the outskirts of Tenby ideally looking for another outgoing, young person to fill the third room in the property.

There is one double room available in the house, furnished with bed, wardrobe and drawers. The accomodation comprises of fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, shared bathroom, and an enclosed paved garden with shed. The house is double-glazed and oil-fired central heating. One off-street parking space with the house and ample safe parking spaces just off the street.

Tenby town centre is a 10 minute walk away, and there are good road links to all other busy towns in the area.

You would be sharing with 2 young people, one a professional, and one a part-time student at Carmarthen Trinity University. We are both clean and tidy individuals and so would like you to be the same!

The house is non-smoking, but you can smoke in the garden.

The room would be available from approximately the start of October, but this is negotiable.
Price is inclusive of most bills, but some may be extra such as TV licence and the like.
