Lovely refurbished cottage and large double room

Hi there,

The cottage is just refurbished to a high standard. It includes a living room (with wood burner and widescreen TV Netflix/Amazon), country kitchen with loads of space, breakfast bar and open plan dining room seating 8 and a bar area and downstairs WC. There is street parking and a lovely garden overlooking farmland with new decking, fresh vegetables, a hammock, bbq and outside seating. The double to let is a king size bed room with built in cupboard storage and drawers. There is a lovely brand new wet room bathroom.

All bills are included and I have a regular cleaner also included. The house is kept very clean and tidy as I work long hours with my own business so im not back until late!

I am looking to earn some extra pennies and after a house mate who is considerate and will keep the cottage clean and tidy, ideally for week nights only but I will consider a full weekly occupancy.
