Two rooms in 3-bed house for short term

Two rooms are for rent for 2 months from late April till end of June, as we will be on holiday.

We already have a long term tenant, a professional, who is very easy to live with.

One room is a small single room, with single bed, looking onto the street (and the Brighton as we are up on the hill). This room is 2. 25X2. 25 meters only, hence the price and is recommended for people on a budget. We can offer some extra storage room in the dining room downstairs.

The second room is double or large single looking onto our garden, with built in cupboard for your luggage. At the moment there are only mattresses in this room, we use it as a guestroom, but we can put in a proper bed if needed.
