A nice sunny, decent size room is available to rent for one person. The room is available from the 2nd of July for two months only.
The room is medium sized, currently we use it with a single bed, good sized cupboard, desk and chair.
The room is in a nice, clean and quiet house, with 2 professionals in 2 other rooms. It looks onto the peaceful garden.
The area is Bevendean, and bus 49 stops almost in front of the house, so central Brighton is very easy to reach, as well as universities.
