On the 48 bus route, bus stop is called Hornby Road East End. This is a 30 second walk from the front door and takes you into town and the train station.

Broadband & Bills Included

Must be full time student or full time working professional.

There are 2 other housemates and myself. We are all very independent and do our own things, hence not much of a social atmosphere at home. We all get on together but don't sit down to eat together etc.

1 months rent as deposit to cover damages, paid back when vacated in good condition.

Rent payable on the 1st of every month
(first month will be pro-rata'd)

Females preferred

Must love dogs as I share a dog with my parents. He's a very friendly spaniel and loves everyone. Also have a pet cockatiel.
