I am currently looking to let this spacious double bedroom in my 3 bed semi detached house in Blackboys nr Uckfield.

The room is furnished with Queen sized bed, under bed storage, built in wardrobe and chest of draws plus an en-suite with shower.

As well as this room you will have access to the shared living room with BT YouView plus fast wifi throughout the house, a large kitchen with dishwasher and ample storage, a downstairs utility room inc washing machine, tumble dryer and WC, a light and airy dining area and a beautiful sunny (south facing) garden with veggie patch!

There is off road parking and the house itself is located on a lovely quiet no through road only a short stroll from the historic Blackboys pub.

You would be sharing with me so no agencies or external landlords. I’m a 31 yr old female, I work in Brighton and occasionally work weekends. I’m easy going, I enjoy cooking, socialising with friends and watching movies… all the usual clichés!

I have 2 cats, very laid back and don’t make too much fuss, but no other pets allowed.

Would suit a like minded professional, preferably a non smoker as no smoking in the house.

Own transport would be a bonus here however there is a bus at the top of the road that takes you the 3 miles to Uckfield with good bus and rail links to Lewes, Brighton, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells and London. And Heathfield is only a 10 mins in the other direction.
