A lovely attic room with en suite bathroom, roof terrace and stunning sea views.

Living here already is myself my son. We also have a dog. Sorry but no more dogs welcome.

We are near the Queens Park area with free street parking and on a good bus route into town Or a 20 min walk down through Hanover and The Lanes.

In the rest of the house there is a decent size kitchen, sitting room with open fire, wireless broadband internet and a small garden. We are quiet during the working week but friendly.

This is a family home so would not suit a party animal. Someone who is fairly quiet and easy going.
