We are a couple(45/50)with two children (6/3)and a cat who own a large house, with garden, off Elm Grove.

We are into Music, Sci-Fi, filmmaking, Movies & the Arts. Plus we are very LGBT friendly.

We are looking for an easy going student or professional. We do eat meat so vegetarians be warned!

We are offering a large room furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelves, table and a chest of draws.

We can supply bedding and towels if needed.

The price includes all bills except for phone. We have virgin broadband/wifi and there is also free on Street parking

We are on a main bus route (22, 21, 18) and only a few minutes from the Town centre and University.

This is a non smoking household.
