The letting agents are very good and they ask for month’s rent in advance and deposit.
It is a lovely house with double glazed windows, GCH, washing machine. There is free parking outside and it’s a stone throw away from the 23 and 81 bus services. The large, decked back garden is quiet with a sea view.
