Single room in beautiful central Brighton flat

We are a couple living in a fantastic flat in central Brighton, Joe and Emily. The flat is 7 minutes walk from the station in the Seven Dials area close to the beach and shopping.

Joe is a journalist and I work in a school, currently in the middle of a career change to become a primary school teacher.

We are an easy going couple who love good food and drink and civilised company. We are certainly not party animals but enjoy the company of friends, although not often in the flat.

We are looking for someone to share our flat with, initially for a short term period over the summer, to help with our finances in preparation for my course in Septemember. If the arrangement works we may consider extending the period.

The room fits a single bed, which we have. It is not a small room but the length is greater than the width and therfore a double bed would be a squeeze. Fast broadband is availiable.
