Hi everyone!

A Medium sized Double Room has just become available on the top floor of this modern shared house, as one house mate is moving out at the end of June.

It's a new build that's only been lived in for a year, so all the furnishings are brand new. The room itself is furnished although there is some room for additional items of furniture if you like. You share the large, stylish bathroom with one other house mate - though there are two bathrooms in total.

Downstairs there's a huge open-plan living room/modern fitted kitchen/dining area - perfect for socialising, meals and watching movies. This opens out into a nice garden, with patio, table, chairs etc. Good for BBQ's!

Current house mates are all young professionals (one boy, two girls), young to mid twenties. We are looking for someone who likes to be social and enjoy sharing the living space, having the odd meal together and the occasional night out!

There is space for parking available, in fact this perfectly suits drivers & commuters!
