We are 3 girls looking for one more housemate to live in a student house on Eastbourne road, which is very close to moulsecoomb campus. We are all 2nd year business students at Brighton University and are very friendly and outgoing, so expect a fairly chilled out place! This is the nicest house we have found in Brighton, with an open plan kitchen/living room with great views down the hill, patio, garden, bathroom with bath and shower, and 4 lovely rooms. There is also a bus stop just opposite the house and parking space available. The room available is a furnished single bedroom with built in wardrobes also provided, and the rent is £86/week.
