Huge Double room (5. 8m x 4. 1m) available immediately in friendly professional house share.

We have a large fully furnished double room available in a victorian house, with big bay windows. As the house is so large we enjoy two separate living quarters, and you will be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with only three other people. We all work full time, some of us work shifts so its generally always quiet - we all respect each others space, but are all friendly and more than happy to exchange hello's in the hall and even share the occasional drink!!

Bills are not included - price varies seasonally, but generally comes in very cheaply.

We have a cleaner included - but everyone chips in to ensure that the house is always clean and tidy between times.

We have WiFi (included in the bills) Washer/Dryer and off road parking is available if you drive.

We are looking for either a couple or a single, to move in - the price listed is for a couple so would be a bit cheaper if a single.

The house is in a nice quiet area near to the seven dials, a 10 minute walk from Brighton Station, around 20 minutes walk to Lewes Road (Brighton University) and less that 10 minutes into the city centre with good bus service.
