Double room with own bathroom in central Brighton

Hello,
My name's Alice, I'm a 33yr old non-smoking professional who loves dance and fun and cats. I live in a spacious flat in Norfolk Square where there's a double bedroom with its own bathroom up for grabs available from early August.

The flat has both front and rear patios and is really big! The living room, kitchen and patios would be shared spaces and the room itself has a built in cupboard and doors leading onto the back patio, which does get sunshine when there is some :-) The room is currently unfurnished but would be willing to provide the basics if necessary.

The rent is £550 per month plus bills.

My interests are travel, foreign languages (I speak French, Spanish, & Italian) and dance amongst many other things. I have two small cats who are great with people :-) They are shy but affectionate and are generally adorable.

Let me know if you would be interested in arranging a viewing. I'm looking for a housemate not just a lodger so would be nice to share some cooking and the odd glass of wine/beer/cider/whatever floats your boat!
